Successfully growing healthy, delicious fruit and vegetables in your garden is easier and less time consuming than you might think.  UC Master Gardener Brad Miller will explain how to create a thriving edible garden using less space and less water than you may have imagined. The presentation will cover a wide range of topics including: preparing the soil; getting started with seeds and transplants; utilizing cover crops for soil health; fertilizing; irrigating; mulching; understanding planting times and selecting the right crops.  Attendees will leave the lecture with the knowledge necessary to create their own abundant garden.
