Making No-Cook Jam at Home

Summer is the time for lots of fruit.  Have you ever tried No-Cook Jam?  Cooking jam usually changes the flavor of the fruit somewhat, whereas No-Cook Jam maintains the fresh taste of the fruit with just some extra sweetness. This is the best jam you will ever have...so much better than store bought or even processed home made, and easy to make too!!

About Our Garden

Our Garden is a public demonstration garden of the UC Master Gardener Program of Contra Costa County, located in Walnut Creek at the corner of North Wiget Lane and Shadelands Drive, just off Ygnacio Valley Road. From April through October, weekly speakers present a variety of information on edibles gardening and home gardening in general.

UC Master Gardeners of Contra Costa maintain the garden and interface with the general public. We encourage you to bring in your home and garden questions and talk with a UC Master Gardener at the Ask a Master Gardener Table (9 am to Noon)!
