Join us as we learn tips and techniques for this increasingly popular method of food preservation. We will cover what containers to use, how to make a brine, and the many types of vegetables that you can ferment.
All Workshops are held at the Farm + Food Lab, OC Great Park. Workshops and parking are free of charge. Workshops are held rain or shine, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
