Back Yard Hot Composting: Black Gold for All Your Gardening Needs

Do you want to control your garden environment, enrich your soil, recycle garden harvest, leaves, grass clippings, and reduce your carbon footprint?  If so, this is the presentation for you!  Composting is easy, fun work...it is outdoors effort, it is you working in concert with nature’s creation…compost!  And what's the benefit of that work?  Your soil and plants will thrive!  Our presenter is Joie Spinelli, UC Master Gardener, CompostSmart instructor, and lead compost manager at Our Garden, the UC Master Gardener Demonstration Garden in Walnut Creek.

There will be time for questions and answers after the presentation.  No charge.
