Let us help you prepare for the coming season with the latest and safest methods in water bath and atmospheric steam canning.   Home canning is fun, rewarding, and perfectly safe -- as long as you follow a few simple guidelines.  Whether you're new to canning or are just looking to refresh your skills, this basics class will provide you with the techniques, tips & tricks, and safety information needed for boiling-water and steam canning.  You'll come away with the confidence and inspiration (and recipes too!) to continue your canning journey at home.
