Event Details

How does stress affect your brain? How can we develop techniques to build a "better" more resilient brain?

This program, led by Julie Fetherston, combines yoga, psychology and integrates research from interpersonal neurobiology to create simple, effective, evidence-based practices to reduce stress immediately, while creating new neural networks for increased resiliency over time.

We will begin the day with a walk in the calming and stunningly beautiful landscape of the UC Hopland Research and Extension Center, led by Director Dr. Kim Rodrigues.

A catered lunch will be provided to complement the health benefits we will be learning about during the day.
