I'm sorry for your frustration and do appreciate your persistence. We are in contact with the Tenaya Lodge and as of Friday evening, they still have rooms for each night. Our room block is for the entire main hotel but currently not for the cottages (cottages are not part of the main hotel and have been reserved by another group). We'll make sure to post an announcement if/when the Tenaya is completely booked and have some alternative recommendations.
I am sorry to hear about the mixed messages from the Tenaya - they've had to bring in some temporary staff to their reservations call center. Again, I appreciate your persistence with them and we'll be sure to post an announcement if/when the entire Tenaya Lodge is booked.
Many thanks,
Missy
Please advise.
