ANR's composite fringe benefit rates are approved by the federal government on an annual basis. As such, the ANR/UCD Rate Agreement has recently been updated to reflect the approved fringe benefit rates for FY 14/15.
The ANR Rate Table: Chart L, has also been updated to reflect the approved rates for FY 14/15 and the revised projected rates for FY 15/16. With the conversion to Career Tracks, many job titles and codes may be new to you. You will notice on the updated Chart L that on the Summary Page the job titles next to their respective fringe benefit groups are unchanged. However, if you go into the two other worksheets for “ANR Retirement Eligible” and “ANR non-Retirement Eligible”, you will notice that several new job codes have been added. So for new job codes you may want to first double check these two worksheets when trying to find out the benefit group for that new position.
Remember these rates apply to all employees paid through the UC Davis campus financial system. They do not apply to academics or staff at Office of the President or those on the Berkeley or Riverside campuses. If you have any questions, please contact my office at OCG@ucanr.edu.
Thank you.
