While working at the Solano County Open Enrollment Fair we had several people asking for a good person to help them with their trees. We told them to look up certified arborist in their local yellow pages. I got thinking there has got to be a better place to find a certified arborist. So I went looking.
We all know trees are valuable resources and deserve to have professional care. To find a certified arborist, you can visit the following website: www.treesaregood.org. This site allows you to search for certified arborists in your area. I did a search using 95696 a Vacaville zip code. It listed arborist from Fairfield, Winters, Vacaville, Napa and Davis. The website also contains a lot of information on tree care. You can also find out what's going on in your local community and it has great information for teaching kids. It too has an interactive guide on how to identify a tree by leaf, fruit or by name. Pretty cool stuff!
