Don't forget that you can add your used coffee grounds to your compost pile (they would be considered greens), or you can just sprinkle them directly on the ground around your plants for a slow source of nitrogen, plus they will improve the soil structure over time.
Don't drink coffee or at least not enough to keep your garden fed?
Starbucks and most other coffee houses save their grounds and give them away for free to gardeners when asked.
