This week on In the Garden with UC Master Gardeners, UC Master Gardener and KUCI Staff Host Katrina Kirkeby will discuss what the Master Food Preservers of Orange County do.
Fellow Master Gardener Cinda Webb, the OC Master Food Preserver Program Coordinator, will talk with Katrina methods of preserving including water bath and pressure canning, dehydration, fermenting, etc.
So much to talk about so we will alert you to resources to follow-up on so you can plan what to do once your bounty is harvested.
