I love cooking with olive oil! I use extra virgin olive oil for eggs, shrimp, chicken and every vegetable I sautee'. Love this site! Thanks for sharing.

Actually human tasters are notoriously wrong especially at IOOCs. They judge over 50% e.g. NYIOOC of the entries to have defects... some of these EVOOs have been already tested by official IOC panels andfound to have NO defects and some even win gold medals at other IOOCs... how is it possible to rely on competitions that make such basic errors in judgement? The only taste analysis anyone should rely on is the one conducted by an officially accredited IOC panel..

Thank you for your post.Can you mention some brand names that are recommended for best use?I have suffered an allergic issue with some local brands.
