We just added a new feature to our popular PDF Conversion utility that resides in the FileVault. You can now resize images on the fly! The next time you need to place an image into a Word document or email it along, perhaps this tool will come in handy.
You can find this tool in your "My Links," that list of links that appears on the left column of your Portal. If you don't see the link, it's possible that you've disabled it or there's something more nefarious afoot. Either way, you should file a complaint with your Web Action Team here.
Once you click the link, you'll notice a new option in the form, allowing you to select PDF conversion or image resizing. In my example, I'll select image resizing.
Once your image is uploaded, you'll be informed of some particulars and shown a dropdown list of potential sizes you can use. Select a size, click "Process File" and your image will be resized.
If you like the results, simply download the image to your computer and it's ready for use! Images are only stored on our server until the end of the day, when we hose everything down, so be sure to download your new image immediately.
