Hi Mark,

Thank you for this post.
A couple of things:

We have very little information on garden tortrix overall. If you have more information on description and biology, would you send it to me?

If you are willing, would you send me the image of garden tortrix with the darkened area on the prothoracic shield and give UC IPM permission to use in our publications and send to ANR repository?

I have made a note of our mistake in description and past it to Romy our PMG coordinator (although she may know by now).

Also, if you have any more photos of newly hatched LRs such as orange tortrix and garden tortrix, we could use those, too.

Thanks!

Jody,
I'll see what I can do- I think I'd have to photograph a suspect specimen and grow it out to make sure. Also, I'll check with colleagues, both local and in other districts.
Mark
