What's new with the Web Action Team

Have you ever wanted to include off-site content in your SiteBuilder 3 site? Have you ever wanted a way to invite your site visitors to join your mailing lists? If the answer to either question is 'Yes', then you are in luck, my friends.
Everyone, say hello to the new SB3 assets, iFrame and Mailing List. New assets, say hello to everyone.
Now you can display your off-site GIS content within a tidy, 2-column display, 1-column display, or you can blow it up in glorious full screen. The following image shows the iFrame asset with a Davis City page loaded inside (http://cityofdavis.org/gis/1937map/).

The two new assets look pretty good next to one another (iFrame on the left, Mailing List on the right). Add them to your SB3 site today!

I'm just catching up with blog posts and have a question about the mailing list. Are we able to use this asset for an existing mailing list through Sympa and if so how? The drop down for choosing a mailing list doesn't have any options for mailing lists, does this mean we would have to create a new list for use on the site?

For the time being, the mailing list asset is only compatible with Portal mailing lists. We may add support for Sympa mailing lists in the future.
