New PowerPoint templates and newsletter mastheads will be posted to the toolkit in the next couple of weeks.  They are part of the Toolkit's makeover; not an "extreme makeover" just a tweek. 

We'll also be removing some elements from the Toolkit.  We used download data to see which elements are used and which are not.  There is a surprising consensus on which elements work and which don't.  So out with the old and unused and in with the new.
