The UC Master Gardener Program is excitedly preparing for its upcoming 2017 UC Master Gardener Conference in Long Beach, Calif. This three-day educational event is expected to be attended by almost 900 active UC Master Gardener volunteers from across the state.

Who are UC Master Gardener volunteers?

UC Master Gardener volunteers are extensively trained through the University of California on sustainable landscaping, food gardening, water conservation, and community well-being. These volunteers are respected teachers and leaders in their communities on home gardening and sustainable landscaping practices. UC Master Gardeners typically live an active lifestyle, are outdoor enthusiasts, and most importantly are leaders in their communities.

UC Master Gardeners teach best gardening practices to underserved populations, schools, community gardens, senior centers, and so much more. Last year alone 6,200+ volunteers donated more than 330,000 hours. With UC Master Gardener volunteers making over one million face-to-face contacts a year in California the conference welcome bag is the perfect way to gain visibility with your target market!

Another great way to have your logo displayed in front of your target market for years to come is to sponsor the conference tote or aluminum drinking bottle that will be given to every attendee.  These items are used year after year and are one of the most popular items that attendees receive!
