Identifying Goals/Objectives
In this function, you record the Goals/Objectives for each of your planned Projects/Programs.
Descriptions of information requested:
Goals/Objectives should provide the background and rationale for the Project/Program and the results to be achieved.
To record the Goals/Objectives for one of your Projects/Programs, first select the project from the Annual Plan Overview screen by clicking on its title. Then from the View Project screen:
- Click the blue Add Goals / Objectives button.
- A new screen will open, where you can enter information into the appropriate text box. Note: Each entry should not exceed 3200 characters (about 500 words each).
- Click the Save Goals / Objectives button. You will see notification "Goals / Objectives Created Successfully!" in a green banner across the top of the screen.
To view and/or edit the Goals/Objectives you previously entered for one of your Projects/Programs, from the View Project screen:
- Click in the blue Edit Goals / Objectives button.
- A new screen will open, where you will then see the information you previously entered for that Project/Program.

To edit any of the information, type over the old text. Note: Each entry must not exceed 3200 characters (about 500 words each). Then click the Save Goals / Objectives button. You will see notification "Goals / Objectives Updated Successfully!"
