Applications are currently open for Summer 2017 Graduate Training in Cooperative Extension program funding. Applicants will receive word of funding decisions in mid-April. The application and more information can be downloaded here.
Current recipients of this funding are available to answer questions regarding the program through email. The annual Cooperative Extension Showcase was be held on January 26th, 2017 to share information about Cooperative Extension and provide opportunities to engage with potential mentors. Finding a Mentor
One of the goals of the program is to facilitate greater interaction between graduate students and Cooperative Extension employees. As such, applicants must identify Cooperative Extension mentors who will assist in advising their project and introduce them to Extension work.
