Collecting almond samples
This includes work looking at the impacts of orchard floor microclimate on potential for Salmonella and aflatoxin risk. This study is being done in conjunction with the mobile lightbar platform which is used to assess variability in orchard canopy light interception and orchard floor temperatures as they relate to almond drying on the orchard floor.
