What is Project Board?
Project Board is UC ANR's online system for UC Cooperative Extension academics that integrates academic program review, civil rights compliance, and organizational reporting requirements. Project Board reduces duplicative reporting efforts and provides searching and querying features that facilitate collaboration. The information is used for accountability (federal and state reporting), strategic communications, and advocacy - to tell the UCCE impact story.
COVID-19 Guidance Available
UCCE’s direct Extension activities have switched to be primarily online direct Extension activities or indirect Extension activities due to the COVID-19 pandemic. UCCE has responded quickly and creatively to be able to continue to meet clientele’s ongoing needs under the new circumstances. We want to be sure to capture and communicate our ongoing commitment to reach clientele and provide science-based information and solutions. Trainings & Due Dates
For academics with ANR merit + promotion:
- Full time equivalent (FTE) reporting is due for a snapshot on July 5, 2023 at 11:59PM for the state fiscal year that is ending (July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023).
- The system is open year-round.
- Due date is Dec. 8, 2023 (11:59PM) for activities, projects, and outcomes that occurred during October 1, 2022 and September 30, 2023.
- The 2023 Zoom training was on Sep. 14. View the recording on YouTube and Google Slides.
For CE Specialists with campus merit + promotion:
- Full time equivalent (FTE) reporting is due for a snapshot on July 5, 2023 at 11:59PM for the state fiscal year that is ending (July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023).
- The system is open year-round.
- Due date is Dec. 8, 2023 (11:59PM) for activities, projects, and outcomes that occurred during October 1, 2022 and September 30, 2023.
