Learn about this program's challenges and successes in engaging new audiences which not traditionally part of the 4-H program. Participants will learn: 1) Strategies for recruiting and training volunteers, 2) How to recruit and engage youth participants, 3) How to secure facilities for practice and games, 4) Strategies in developing partnerships with schools, soccer clubs, parks & recreation, etc.
