2017 Staff Engagement Survey reminder

The UC ANR Staff Assembly Council encourages UC ANR staff to complete the Staff Engagement Survey if they received it from Willis Towers Watson. The survey didn't go to every single staff member. In order to reduce cost, surveys were randomly sent to 64 percent of non-represented staff. It's particularly important to complete the survey if it came to you.

The Office of the President keeps track of the number of surveys that are filled out, so the UC ANR Staff Assembly is in a friendly competition with Staff Assemblies throughout UC to see who has the highest rate of return. In 2015, the last time the survey was conducted, UC ANR tied for first place with UC San Francisco with a return rate of 56 percent. We want to be on top again this year!

As of today, UC ANR has 37 percent of surveys completed. UC Santa Barbara is at 38 percent and UC Santa Cruz at 39 percent. We need a big showing before the survey closes on June 2.
