PACE 2012-2013 Overview

The AAC established a committee called Partnership to Advance Cooperative Extension (PACE). The UC ANR Academic Assembly Council (AAC) was charged by VP Barbara Allen-Diaz to seek broad and diverse input on the roles, responsibilities, and relationships within the statewide ANR network, in order to build on our strengths and prepare for a future that retains our relevance internally (to UC) and externally (to our California communities/stakeholders and beyond).

The PACE committee decided to use two main tools to gather the required information, namely a survey and dialogue sessions. The survey informed the key questions to be facilitated at the five statewide dialogue sessions, which in turn informed further discussion topics for a final dialogue session during the UC ANR Statewide Conference.
