Bi-County Fashion Revue
Fashion Revue, usually occurring in April each year, is open to both male and female 4-H youth. Your entry may reflect your 4-H project work. For all categories, the outfit must be created, coordinated, and modeled by the 4-H member participant. Clothing Project members are invited to participate in the 4-H Fashion Revue. You may qualify in more than one category at the county level, but may only enter in one category at the State Fashion Revue event in May.
Check the 4-H Calendar for time, location, and event details for this year's Bi-County Fashion Revue event!
At the County event, you will model an outfit you have sewn, purchased, or a combination of both, and will participate in modeling lessons before you are asked to model your outfit before the judges. Later in the event, you will participate in the Fashion Revue and awards will be presented immediately afterward. You may win a Blue award, a Medal, or become the County Winner. Every County Winner in the Senior Fashion Revue category may represent Placer County at the State Fashion Revue. This event is held during the State Field Day at UC Davis campus on the last Saturday in May. All garments and participants must meet the State's guidelines to participate in the State Fashion Revue.
Four 4-H Youth age divisions:
- Primary Member - age 5 to 8 year old. Youth participate only at County-level. Primary members will not participate at State Fashion Revue.
- Junior Member - age 9 to 11 year old.
- Intermediate Member - age 12 to 13 year old.
- Senior Member - age 14 to 19 year old.
