Directions to Walden West Saratoga and home of the Abby Sobrato Science and Sustainability Center:

  • Take Highway 9 (Big Basin Way) from Saratoga, towards the Santa Cruz Mountains.
  • Turn left at Sanborn Road (near Saratoga Springs).
  • Make first right at the Walden West sign.
  • Stay right after the stone columns and turn right into Walden West.

CHECK IN: 5-6:30 PM

FRIDAY DINNER: 6-6:30pm

OPENING:6:30 PM

PICK-UP: SUNDAY, 9/24/17 1-1:30PM

 

 

Open to 4-H Members 12 years and up (as of December 31st, 2016). Registration in a Citizenship project is NOT required to attend. We will be participating in various aspects of citizenship including government, history and community service. 

**Space is limited, registration accepted on a first come - first serve basis**

Activities may include:

  • Mock Trial with a real, practicing lawyer
  • Fun, group  community service opportunity
  • Citizenship workshops

Fee: (includes two nights, six meals)
***tours and additional activities may have small incidental fees. Details will be included when session selection is sent to delegates.

Payable to "California 4-H Management Board"

$170 Early Bird through July 1, 2017
$185 July 2 through August 15th, 2017
$200 August 16th, 2017 or later as space permits

Please send payment, completed (and signed) Medical Release/Health History, and Chaperone Agreement (for adults) to:

Fees and forms are due within 15 days of online registration to hold discounted early-bird fees
 
*Chaperones: Each county sending delegates is requested to send at least one chaperone. Counties are to provide adult chaperones at the ratio of 1 chaperone per 8 delegates per gender. Counties may share chaperones.
