Starting Your Spring and Summer Vegetable Garden - Salinas Saturday March 2nd 2019

 

Spring will be here before you know it! Come learn about planning your garden, when and where to plant everything. Can seeds be sown directly in the soil or do they need more help to get them started? Learn what needs to be done to have a great spring and summer harvest. Determine how to keep the weeds down and the plants growing. Join Carole King, Monterey County Master Gardener as she shares her passion for growing all things edible. This class is for gardeners with all levels of experience, beginners and seasoned gardeners looking for new ideas.

This free class will be held at the UC Cooperative Extension of Monterey County, 1432 Abbott St., Salinas CA 93901.
