The workshop runs from 9:00am - 4:00pm with short breaks a 45 minute lunch. It is taught by University of California ANR Cooperative Extension Master Gardeners, Master Food Preservers and other experts. It is co-sponsored by the Inland Empire Resource Conservation District. ✻
