The Program: Join us and learn the basics about citrus trees: how to select the right plant and planting site, planting and caring for young trees (under 3 years in the ground). Joe Jennings will also address questions regarding the citrus varieties best for Marin County, frost tolerance, and the best varieties for growing in containers and espaliers.
The Speaker: Joe Jennings is a Marin Master Gardener and grows vegetables year-round in his home garden. He graduated from Whitman College and earned an MBA from the University of Washington.
