In this Make and Take workshop you will learn how to make Ricotta and Mozzarella cheese in time to use it for your lasagna dinner. It is a quick and easy process once you understand the basics.

When: Saturday, February 29, from 9am to 12pm (Check-in begins at 8:30am; workshop starts promptly at 9:00.)
