LGBTQ+ Inclusion

UC ANR is committed to creating and sustaining an environment that supports and values all members of our community, including visitors. Gender inclusion requires providing access and equality by creating an environment that is safe, accessible, and respectful of all individuals.

Affirmative Action

The Office of Affirmative Action has responsibility for handling grievances, employment (i.e., discrimination, harassment) and ADA issues for staff and academic employees. It is also responsible for providing various related training to the ANR staff. It maintains and provides analysis of ANR workforce demographics, and reviews and approves academic and staff recruitments, classifications and waivers of recruitment.
