The STAR program is your opportunity to celebrate and reward the great contributions of ANR's people.
The program provides cash awards to eligible staff in recognition of outstanding achievement. Managers may nominate individuals and teams demonstrating exceptional performance, creativity, organizational abilities, work success and teamwork.

For the past 18 months, UC ANR Academic Personnel Unit (APU) and the Staff Personnel Unit (SPU) have been working closely together to integrate the human resource services. This has been a very positive and successful process for the staff of the two units. The consolidated Academic and Staff Personnel units, under “one” Human Resource Service umbrella, will be more effective and efficient for the Division. The merger is effective October 1, 2105.

As announced in the April 8, 2014, ANR Update by UC ANR Vice President Barbara Allen-Diaz, UC ANR Academics and Non-represented Staff Employees will receive a 3 percent salary increase effective July 1, 2014.
