One zucchini.
Two zucchini.
Three zucchini.
Four.
"Quickly pick", I said to Rick
So we can have some more.
Ten zucchini
Twenty zucchini
Thirty zucchini
Wait!
"Quit the pick", I said to Rick
The pile is very great.
Hundred zucchini.
A thousand zucchini.
A million zucchini.
No joke!
"This makes me sick", I said to Rick
Next year, cantaloupe.

Love the poem. I have a great chocolate zucchini cake recipe if you need it.

Love your poem-how true it is, too. I would suggest you begin thinking of a cantaloupe poem as they can perform just like the bountiful zucchini.

I tried a different variety of zucchini this year. Instead of long and lean, they are bulbous in the center -- they bulge out in the middle. And -- they didn't overproduce! A very vigorous plant with HUGE leaves.
