Good video with Beth, who states the best way to protect the trees from HLB, is to keep the Asian Citrus Psyllid down. When one is trapped, immediate spraying a wide area around it is critical.  
 
Never let up on the ACP. Keep inspecting the trees.

Beth Grafton-Cardwell, UC Cooperative Extension specialist, says the ACP traps is just a standard yellow sticky card that can be obtained from any trap/monitoring supply store.
