I did call Color Spot in Salinas and was given the cell number of a man named Scott. He informed me that as far as he knew(although he is not directly involved with the spraying, so I am not sure why I was given his number), they were not using the neonicotinoids and that Color Spot was currently under review.

Did you ever hear back from Color Spot? We are attempting to find out which nurseries, hardware stores and big box stores in our part of North-Central Arizona (Sedona, Cottonwood, Flagstaff, etc.) are selling neonicotinoid-free bedding plants. It is look really grim; we can't find any! At least one plant at our local Home Depot was labeled as having neonicotinoids (a trumpet vine), but I do not believe their labeling program is fully operational yet.

They are supplied by Color Spot. I have a call in to Color Spot headquarters. I was amazed that the person answering the information line claimed not to have that knowledge. We'll see if I get an answer. But if you have an update, please let me know!
