Definately, Americanized recipes from a background in Chinese-American take-out restaurants.  
"Fusion Confusion" is how a culinary mentor described it.  
Asian food conforming to American ideas about tastes and preferences.  
Pho soup with fennel and cardamon? Both foreign ingredients in a Vietnamese kitchen.  
General Tsao's chicken? A dish unknown in China, as is Kung Pao, and a dozen others.  
This may be a source for Americanized take-out style food recpies bit isn't a site for culturally authentic food.

And there are plenty of Americanized Chinese recipe, but lots of others too! :-)
