Out for a run in Bellingham last week to maintain my strength for the rigors of the CA berry industry when I spied a tree sporting raspberry-like fruit like those pictured below (and hence my senses being drawn to it immediately). I've done some internetting on it, but not quite sure.
Thoughts? Anyone want to take a shot at identifying it? Family is good, genus or even species would be better.
Native to the Himalayas, China and Nepal.
Macular tricuspidata
Family: Moraceae

So I gather that it's in mulberry family, or if not that a dogwood?
What is so striking to me that the fruit look so much like a raspberry, at least from casual inspection and indeed has druplets much like the caneberries as well.
It's worth mentioning that while I myself have next to zero expertise with this plant, obviously there are a lot of people who are!
Thank you again all for your input - it's a great community here.
