I'm interested in this course, but I'm confused about the dates. The dates in the message are all in the past. Please confirm the dates for this course. And what does one do to sign up?

Our pressure gauges on our canners need to be checked once a year. One of the places you can get this done is from the Dept. of Weights and Measures. 777 Rialto Ave. San Bernardino, Ca. You can also do a dry run. (make sure there is water in the pressure canner) lol and see if the canner will hold pressure with the gauge. The person asking the question said "pressure cooker". An actual pressure "cooker" is never recommended for canning purposes. Buy a pressure canner.
