We are definitely considering those aspects to make sure someone would be the point of contact and manage the schedule and contracts for use. We are also considering the barriers to having the CDL requirement and the tractor to pull such a unit. No good answers yet.

Possibly but we have an exemption with KSU in order for us to be mobile. Some areas do not want to permit a mobile commercial kitchen
