The UC ANR Business Operations Center will launch a New Employee Orientation to kick off 2025!

Starting Jan. 7, BOC will offer virtual orientations the first Tuesday of each month from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Topics will include:

• What BOC is and who we work with
• BOC resources and trainings
• Systems access (e.g., COGNOS, Aggie Enterprise)
• Navigating AggieExpense
• P-Card & Travel Card applications and policies
• Aggie Enterprise procurement and reports
• Software and application purchasing
• Workflow Automation (WFA)
• Accounting: Common Chart of Accounts (CCOA)

The Business Operations Center hopes to see new UC ANR employees – or seasoned ANR employees seeking a refresher on the above topics – during the monthly orientations.

All are welcome to attend as many BOC orientations as desired. Please register each month so that the team can best prepare content.
