Communication GTS system provides the ability to view the up-to-date status of a proposal or award and indicates the name of the C&G analyst handling the proposal.  Provide more guidance within GTS on how to determine status.  Provide more step-by-step guidance on C&G website on how to use the system
Timeliness A short video explaining how to use GTS and a video on preparting Grants.gov proposals can both be accessed on-line from the Training Coordination website.  The C&G website is being updated with increased content, updated staff assignments, and direct links to training materials housed on other sites.
Training PI Training Manual; PI Training Coordination courses, and UCCE Office Managers training - June 2012 Updated website will include more guidance on C&G topics
UC & ANR Policies / Procedures PI Training Manual Updated website will include more guidance on C&G topics
Forms   All C&G forms are being updated  as fillable PDFs
Role Clarification   C&G will work with BOC, SPU, Admin Policies & Biz Contracts, and Development to provide clarification on which unit should be contacted for specific issues
