Hmong Salsa

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs fresh tomatoes sliced 
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 cup minced cilantro
  • 1/2 cup minced green onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Asian chili powder 
Instructions 
  1. Put the tomatoes sliced into a pot or pan and cook until soft (5-7 minutes). 
  2. Remove the pot from heat then let it cool off. 
  3. Add all the seasonings and mix well together.
  4. Serve with other foods.
