Project Leader Training
4-H uses the experiential learning model in project meetings. Experiential learning takes place when a youth is involved in an activity, looks back at it critically, determines what was useful or important to remember, and uses this information to perform another activity. Our 4-H volunteers are not left to figure out how to implement this on their own. This training gives guidance on using experiential learning and gives them the valuable opportunity to share and receive ideas from 4-H staff and other 4-H project leaders.
