Mariposa 4-H Youth Development
4-H Youth Development Program
Through 4-H, kids find their spark, build real world skills and become resilient, adaptable, lifelong learners.
We welcome youth ages 5 to 18 and adult volunteers to join and become part of the largest youth development program in the nation. California 4-H is delivered in every county through the UC Cooperative Extension offices. The 4-H program purpose is achieved through the development and support of leadership teams of staff, volunteers, youth, and others who organize and conduct educational project experiences in community and family settings.
4-H Pledge
I pledge
my Head to clearer thinking,
my Heart to greater loyalty,
my Hands to larger service, and
my Health to better living,
for my club, my community, my country, and my world.
4-H Motto
"To Make the Best Better"
