UC Vegetable Research and Information Center

The University of California Vegetable Research and Information Center (Vegetable RIC) (opens in new window) was created to bring together all UC experts working on vegetables—from growing and selling them to eating them.

Its goals are to:

  • Connect Experts: Provide a single network for UC researchers and staff to work together.

  • Help the Industry: Give vegetable businesses and the public a clear place to find information and connect with the University.

  • Improve Results: Make UC’s work more efficient and build stronger partnerships between the University and the vegetable world.
