Director
- Provides leadership and technical expertise in financial related matters, including compliance with University, Federal, and other relevant agency regulations.
- Directs and oversees Division-wide fiscal processes and procedures, financial planning, analysis and reporting
- Develops and implements financial strategies, policies, systems and controls for the Division’s activities.
- Provides management and staff with guidance and support in decision-making, providing necessary financial analysis and reports
Associate Director
- Oversite of ANR funds- Federal and State appropriations, Federal, State, local government and private contracts and grants, gifts, endowments, sales and services funds
- Financial policies and procedure.
- ANR STIP monitoring and analysis
- Financial Reporting Internal & External—Directs ANR expenditures report
- Assists Financial Services Director in managing the financial operations of the Division.

Principal Accountant
- General Ledger- Financial and Treasury journal preparation, including fund reconciliations and ITS responding journals
- DaFIS - TP transaction processing document approval
- USDA-NIFA-formula funds authorizations and fund release–point of contact
- Federal drawdown review and Federal 269/425 FSRs reporting
- On line Ledger review coordination
- Annual Expenditure Report
Senior Accountant
- General Ledger – Financial transactions and Treasury journals preparation for formula funds and special projects and ANR check deposits
- Monitoring of ANR fund and account balances maintained at different campus ledgers including fund reconciliations
- ANR user access coordination
- Federal funds drawdown and distribution to campuses
- Quarterly federal funds status reports 272/ 425
