Join the UCCE Master Food Preservers for their monthly general Q&A session.

A panel of volunteers specializing in freezing, dehydrating, canning and food safety will be available to answer your questions, share their tips and encourage you to safely preserve food at home.

March is hosted by El Dorado County with a short presentation and afterward, the panel will take questions on any food preservation topic.

This month's topic is Can Your Freezer.

Finish those projects that you stuffed in your freezer and make room for the 2025 harvest season. We will share food safety information pertaining to canning previously frozen produce and also share ideas for using that produce in fun preserving projects.
