The implementation deadline for the Strengthening Organic Enforcement (SOE) rule is fast-approaching. With SOE set to go into effect March 19, 2024, the USDA National Organic Program (NOP), accredited certifiers, and organic industry are working hard to implement the changes required by the rule.
