Demonstration Gardens

Most workshops and events are held in one of our three demonstration gardens located throughout the county. These gardens are maintained by UC Master Gardener volunteers to demonstrate practical, research-based methods for successful home gardening.

Gardens are open to the public during designated days and hours, which vary by site. Select a garden below for details.

Garden of the Seven Sisters

Our home-base demonstration garden and outdoor classroom, featuring multiple garden plots that showcase research-based, sustainable gardening practices.

Same location as the UC Cooperative Extension office and the UC Cooperative Extension Auditorium.

Centennial Park Demonstration Garden

A public demonstration garden at Centennial Park in Paso Robles, focused on practical home gardening, seasonal learning areas, and community partnerships that support local education and food access efforts. Workshops are also often held in the community rooms across the parking lot.

Oceano Victory Garden

A community garden site that supports seasonal, hands-on vegetable gardening workshops. Workshops may be held in the garden or across the street at the Oceano Train Depot.
