UC People Management Networking Cohort

This cohort is for supervisors.

Register your interest for the 2025/26 cohort.
Required & Elective modules and schedule.

As a supervisor at UC Agriculture & Natural Resources, you lead more than tasks—you shape culture, engagement and performance. The UC People Management Networking Cohort offers a unique space to grow in that role. Over 11 months you’ll complete targeted e-courses (both required and elective) then join monthly facilitator-led calls where you and your peers share real-world applications, work through dialogue on engagement and productivity, and equip yourselves with tools to lead with clarity, influence and confidence.

By joining this cohort you’re investing in your leadership toolkit—learning to set clear expectations, give meaningful feedback, motivate and coach your team, manage change and bias, and collaborate across functions. At the same time you gain a community of supervisors who understand your challenges—and who can help you translate theory into action. If you’re ready to elevate your supervisory impact, amplify your team’s performance and deepen your professional network, this cohort is designed for you.
